We first sold this knife locally back in 2016, and WOW! Not only has it been excellently cared for by its previous owner, but to see the immaculately lasting craftsmanship by Horn & Heel is truly astounding. Near mint condition 254mm fully 52100 high carbon k-tip profile, thin behind the edge for delicate proteins and rigid through the spine to double down on all generalized preparatory practices. Wonderfully fit up to the trademark Accoutre x H&H signature shield shaped wa handle of a spectacular buckeye burl specimen, auburn G10 liner and Madascar ebony ferrule.

Though we have thoroughly evaluated, inspected, cleaned and conditioned each knife, there will be obvious signs of use: patina on high carbon, minor marks from previous sharpening, deeper handle saturation, etc.
Each used knife has a very well maintained and established cutting edge, however if you wish to have us get it super duper sharp prior to shipping or store-pickup, please select that option in the dropdown menu as you add to your cart (please note that electing sharpening service will add some time to when your knife is ready to be shipped out or picked up. Typically this is between a 3-5 day lead time, dependant upon current scheduling).
