French Style Rolling Pin

An intuitive riff on the iconic French style rolling pin that creates a growing diameter from one end toward the center and then declines into the other end. The standard for professional and home bakers alike, who enjoy more control and pointed maneuverability in the functionality. There are four woods to choose from: light maple, cherry, walnut and dark Indian rosewood. Each measures 18" in length with a gradual taper starting at both ends with a ø1.25" leading to the center ø1.75". All are finished with a subtle, classy brass pin centered in each end.
