A little bit long petty, a little bit santoku, A LOTTA STYLE! An intermittent profile that'll jump in when a biggun is unnecessary, but you want a little more length and height than a traditional petty, with the additional "three virtues" of a santoku to back it all up. The sweet spot length of 186mm from heel to tip along the edge gives an incredible allowance for general task work, especially considering the cross-measurement height of 51mm at the heel to spine. To round out this classy gem, we got the exclusive, signature shield-shaped wa handle for maximum dexterity and indexing: comprised of a lovey black walnut specimen accented with brass ring inlays and a Richlite ferrule.
