Designed by Sori Yanagi, these stainless steel tongs measure about 9" in length and feature a slightly angled "bowl" shape for easy maneuvering in a pot of liquid as well as a flat searing environment. The convex surface area ensures plenty of grabbing opportunity in fewer attempts. Ample perforations allow for excess draining at the point of contact.
