This collection is homogenous based on materials used: all knives will be stainless Nitro-V monosteel with a cerakote finish (ceramic based polymer coating), fit up with smooth and soft-to-the-touch handles made of resin-cast recycled blue linen micarta (that have great facets and tactile orientation regardless of hand size or preferred grip patterns, and a classy nod to the French brigade system used in professional environments). The combination of materials makes these super fuss-free with outstanding durability, but the dishwasher is still forbidden. Choose your own adventure! Lovingly crafted in Reno, NV.
