Fourth generation owner Tsujita-san under Yamatsu Tsujita Co., near Osaka is extraordinarily passionate about spices. In this playful interpretation, dried yuzu is added for a citrusy brightness, alongside the traditional base of Japanese Sansho peppers which carries a slow heat and intriguing tingly numbness on the tongue and lips.
