A markedly Western take on the traditional Japanese all-rounder, the santoku. Taller longer than some, Dylan brings forth this condensed version of a chef's knife with plenty of pointed intuition throughout. 190mm cruforge-v high carbon steel for excellent edge retention and hardness and a mixed bag of attributes in the handle work, with both smooth and angular facets that fit the hand effortlessly. Materials complementing the steel are bubinga, elforyn (faux ivory), and a subtle brass inlay. Meat, fish, vegetables? Chop, slice, dice? YES to all. Handcrafted in Chicago, IL.
