H&H Tall Santoku

What do you get when you cross a Chinese cleaver with a santoku? This is what you get: 197mm of semi-traditional geometry but with a bump of 63mm height at the heel, which means there's very little this absolute crusher with a tendency for finesse can't accomplish (tough yet tender, ya dig?!). 52100 high carbon with a continuous-feel-good shield shaped wa handle, lookin snazzy in desert ironwood and Tiffany blue/ white G10 inlays.
