Size queens, this one's for you. Everything you want out of a knife that really knows the versatility required for a satisfying "motion of the ocean", with the benefits of being tall and long. For real though, with the exception of very niche, detailed work, there's not a job this BDE can't handle. Very reminiscent of the mid-school era Sabatier's, but with modern adaptations. An edge length of 247mm, made fully from 80crv2 high carbon steel, it's a pleaser. Excellently balanced and distributed forward weight is complimented by a firmly indexed handle of African blackwood and Tiffany minty-blue G10 liners. Handcrafted in Chicago, IL.
