New kid on the block from the Nashville powerhouse, with a fresh version of their production line, the 'Tried N True' series. The new design is a hybrid of eastern and western styles, boasting the best of both worlds in ergonomics and performance. The faceted handle delivers unique and articulate control for a traditional pinch grip and is sloped back to support more comfortable and relaxed indexing. The flat heel lends itself to push cutting when needed, while the upswept tip enables for any rocking, chopping or mincing. More simply — however you grip and rip, this cheffie will stay true to your style. Fully 52100 high carbon steel with a forced blacked-out patina, super classy signet brass bolster and Richlite handle are the material composition. To round out the details, each knife comes with its own saya made of the same Richlite used in the handle, and a threaded brass pin to keep it in place. 211mm edge length; 343mm OAL (w/ saya).
