Kondo Funayuki

A forward-pitch, tall profile, all purpose knife with origins on Japanese fishing boats. Through the ages, most funayuki have evolved to encompass a more favorable geometry to handle other proteins as well as veggie preparations. 180mm white #2 double layer high carbon fit onto an octagonal wa handle of walnut and black pakka woods.
