Pickling Vinegar

For Iio Jozo's pickling vinegar, it starts with their Pure Rice Vinegar, then they add that awesome Goldilocks brown sugar, the Australian sea salt processed in Hyogo prefecture and finally a dashi made from organic sun dried tomatoes (USA grown), organic bay leaf from Shizuoka Prefecture and organic black peppercorns grown in Sri Lanka.
