Pickling Vinegar

It starts with their Pure Rice Vinegar, then they add that awesome Goldilocks brown sugar, the Australian sea salt processed in Hyogo prefecture and finally a dashi made from organic sun dried tomatoes (USA grown), organic bay leaf from Shizuoka Prefecture and organic black peppercorns grown in Sri Lanka.
