1930's Chicken Fryer

Fully restored cast iron "chicken fryer". Essentially a Dutch oven with a few modifications (that also make it ideal for perfect fried chicken like a tight fitting lid with ridges on the underside which facilitates pressure and condensation preservation). Approximately 2.75qt capacity.
