Aronia berries are super astringent raw, but their tannins are modulated with raw apple cider and the two mellow together as they ferment, yielding a ruby red vinegar with a deep, dry, grape-skin red wine quality. Perfect in cocktails as a shrub, too! Handcrafted in PA. 375mL.
