An almost completely savory vinegar, the fermented garlic takes on a caramelized sweetness with a very rounded, mellow and brown buttery roasted garlic flavor. It won't hit you with the spiciness of raw garlic, but more of a heady, malty undertone with low acidity. Truly a unique product, handcrafted in PA. 375mL.
