BSK Gyuto v.1.1

It's the knife version of an Imperial Star Destroyer. Stealthy and uncompromising 203mm AEB-L stainless steel with a flawless distal taper and plenty of room in the right areas without feeling bulky (there's really so much to love with Sullivan's work, it's hard to keep it brief!). Definitely some Realtree vibes on the octagonal wa handle composition, which is super duper comfortable to hold, and made up of green-dyed maple and ancient bog oak. Handcrafted in Philadelphia.
