A great all-'rounder that mashes up qualities of santoku and nakiri profiles, with a precision k-tip. 165mm W2 high carbon steel with plenty of height at the heel and a steep grind throughout (and peep that hamon!). Fatigue-free octagonal wa handle of curly maple and ancient bog oak. Handcrafted in Philadelphia.
