Regardless, this one is an absolute stunner! 165mm k-tip santoku style profile that's gonna breeze through anything you can throw at it. W2 high carbon steel with a sexy hamon, fit up to a very grippable octagonal wa handle of redwood burl with an understated W2 inlay. Handcrafted in Philadelphia.
