Probably our favorite vinegar ever consumed! Very complex character behind an upfront toasted celery seed element, including: freshly cut grass, corn husk, wildflower and sliced apple. This vinegar has a unique savory element that is great as a drinking vinegar and will lift up literally any preparation it's in contact with. Small batch, handcrafted in PA. 375mL.
