Designed and hand-built by Al Pellenberg as a solution to his husband's requests for a steady supply of country pate (I'm smiling too, it's cute). This vessel is a perfect size for about a pound and a half of ground farce, or some delicious pomme Dauphinoise, etc., etc. Made from Brown bear clay, sourced in Kentucky. Gloss black glazed interior with a natural exterior adorned with abstract patterns. Handcrafted in Richmond, VA. Oven safe up to 500°F and suitable to use in a water bath baking method; food safe and dishwasher safe. Measures 9" x 5.5" x 3.5"
