The perfected geometry of Horn & Heel's gyuto profile gets an extra treatment in the spa, with a forced patina atop the 52100 high carbon steel, resulting in an all-eyes-on-me showstopper. It's a perfect daily driver and all around task accomplisher at 223mm heel to tip along the edge, with a full 50mm in height at the heel to spine. To really round it out, the exclusive shield shaped wa style handle is a gorgeous piece of gonçalo alves (aka tigerwood), brass ring inlays and a Richlite ferrule.
