I dare anyone to put a fish species in front of this deba that it can't absolutely finesse. At 165mm, this fish butchering knife has a length and profile geometry that lends itself to user maximization in its maneuverability and ability to handle small and large fish alike. 52100 high carbon steel with a thicc 6mm spine for the weighted assist and thus making itself a sturdy and guided instrument. This deba is single bevel with a scooped, wave-like hollowgrind on the urasuki side, and features an oval style wa handle of black & white ebony, a black ebony ferrule and sterling silver inlay.
