Heirloom Tomato Vinegar


Unsold heirloom tomatoes (grown by independent farmers in the mid-Atlantic), instead of going into the trash, are responsibly acquired by Sarah and Isaiah Billington and fermented into a lovely vinegar. The taste is just like all the phases of the summer tomato season from green to plump and ripe, with a nose that smells of the vine. Keep it simple with this one, and let the flavors shine independently. Handcrafted in PA. 375mL.
