Honisima Soup Pot/ Rice Cooker

Handcrafted earthenware vessel, fully glazed inside and out. The bulbous and tall shape of this vessel make it excellently suited to cook both soups/ stews and rice, as it allows for a larger surface area in the base, but has a steeper height that makes it easier for vapor droplets to return to the ingredients (and also more difficult for steam and to escape). ø8" x 7.75"H, approximately 33.5oz capacity. *This material is only suitable for open flame cooking methods and is not oven-safe.
