Kitchen Cleaver


A condensed home version of a professional butcher's cleaver, this stout heavyweight has a thick spine and a very minimal profile grind giving it a good amount of weight that one would require for associative tasks. The 4.25" blade will still handle bones and fibrous stalks with ease, and is small enough to successfully wield for lighter tasks. AEB-L stainless fit with a boxwood handle. Handcrafted in Solsona, Spain.
