La Salsa Espinaler


Created in the '50's by Ventureta Roldós as the perfect accompaniment to tapas and the Espinaler Conservas line (served in her husband's taberna), this delicate vinegar-based sauce is not spicy, but rather spiced from the pimentón and dried garlic/ chiles known throughout Spain.
