Mezzaluna Herb Chopper

With a super comfortable and ergonomic grasp design, the handle of this mezzaluna is also part of the Green Tool series from Eva Solo, replacing 50% of the intended plastic material with a wheat fiber. The fiber and plastic are cast in resin, so it's super durable and also much softer on the hands; the stainless molybdenum steel is extremely resilient and holds a good edge . 5.75" blade length, 12.5" overall.
