Morinoki Serrated Cheese Knife


Suitable for hard and soft cheeses alike, given its broad and micro-serrations along the entire edge. With a 114mm blade of AEB-L stainless monosteel and completed with a rectangular Japanese zelkova wood handle, it'll probably cut some tomatoes real good too (I know you want to). Made my Shizu Takumi under the Hamono Division, founded in 1950.
