PEI Mussels in Tomato, Fennel & Pimentón
Sustainably line grown and inspected by hand in PEI, Canada, these mussels are carefully cleaned (and the runoff is used in bio-waste processing that becomes a fertilizer for secondary uses!), and then poached with zero manipulation. They are then tinned with a vibrant sauce of tomato, fennel and smoky paprika. 100g tins.
