SPC French Cheffie

Pellegrino's Western profile (specifically reminiscent of traditional French geometry), but with a little bit of a bigger belly along the edge that seamlessly transitions into a very user-friendly rocking motion. At 216mm, it's also intuitive and reactive to the pushing and pulling motions. Full tang, forged 52100 high carbon steel, with a very nicely contoured box elder burl handle. Handcrafted in PA.
