Steve Pellegrino did quite the number on this one, we gotta say! Just a little bit taller than traditional santoku making this a true workhorse of a prep machine. With a lengthy ricasso (portion between handle and choil), that joins very naturally to the chamfered handle, which in particular lends itself to many different grip preferences and hands of all sizes. The details: Forged 184mm edge of 52100 high carbon steel, hidden "jacketed" tang, with handle materials G-10 liner and lacewood. Handcrafted in PA.
