SPC X EK Gyuto

Well here's a fun one! The steel was created in collaboration between Pellegrino Cutlery (Pennsylvania), and Eleven Knives (Virginia), in go mai construction with a core of 1084 high carbon, and wrought iron/ nickel cladding, at 190mm tip to heel. The flashy handle is a blue variegation of carbon fibre from FAT Carbon Fibre (Lithuania), adorned with cascading black/ blue micarta and fits the grip oh-so-naturally. Handcrafted in PA, VA & LTU.
