Stock Pot w/ Strainer Insert


Large capacity enameled steel pot with a perforated stainless insert. Great for stocks, soups, pasta and all bigger volume liquid cooking. The stainless insert is super handy for lifting veggie and bone matter en masse before fine-mesh straining, and for lifting blanched greens or cooked pasta from the body of the vessel.  Designed by Makoto Koizumi and crafted in Japan, this series is a consistent winner of the Good Design Award. Hand-wash only (the stainless insert may be cleaned in a dishwasher if desired). ø10.25" x 7.75" tall; 5.7L capacity.
