150mm VG-10 core, soft stainless cladding. Western style, full tang handle of stamina wood. Like most honesuki, this is a single bevel knife, and this one is right hand specific. Butchery and breakdown powerhouse.
This is a USED knife.
Most knives in this category come from the personal collection of a local Richmond gourmand; they have been gently loved and well-cared for with no damage or misuse prior to our acquisition.
Though we have thoroughly evaluated, inspected, cleaned and conditioned each knife, there will be obvious signs of use: patina on high carbon, minor marks from previous sharpening, deeper handle saturation, etc.
All used knives are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
