Utensil Holder & Wine Chiller

Designed and hand-built by Al Pellenberg, this form doubles as a stoveside companion for cooking utensils, and can also be placed under refrigeration to keep bottles of chilled wine  cooler, longer. The clay used in this piece is sourced near Pittsburg, PA and has traces of manganese offering unique textural qualities; the glaze is a plum gray with copper oxide that creates a lovely opacity. Food safe and dishwasher safe. Measures 7.5" x ø3.75. Handcrafted in Richmond, VA.
